Chen-Nan Lee is back in the news. The one-time former junior NT star is now an Elephant. He's pictured above (in the middle - # 18)) along with new teammates P Chia-Ming Cheng (L) and SS Sheng-Wei Wang (R). Lee won't be pitching as he will be roaming the OF in the CPBL.
*In a vote of confidence from teammate Andy Pettitte, CMW received high praise from the veteran:
"I think Wang is an absolute stud. I think he is an ace."
I hope chen chin feng well try to latch on with a major league team again during spring training.

ReplyDeleteMitchell's report is nothing more than a political stunt from the MLB commissioner's office. While I understand that the complexity of the matter is probably beyond my imagination, I'm not convinced that they're serious in solving the problem. And until then, it's a waste of everybody's time and money.
ReplyDeleteAs for Wang, I think he's too smart to get involved with that stuff and let's hope it stays that way.
