Tsao Added to 40 Man Roster....

For the Dodgers after passing his physical on Monday. He's officially a Dodger!
As thin as the Rockies' bullpen is, it leaves you scratching your head as to why the Rockies gave up so easily on Tsao, despite investing so much in the young man.

Brian Fuentes' success the last two seasons basically ended the Rockies' plan to have Tsao as the closer.

Looks like Rockies didn't wait long to sign another Taiwanese pitcher.

S.A. Kuo is the newest Taiwanese Minor Leaguer...he signed today with Colorado.

Other than Fuentes, the bullpen depth and experience for the Rockies is pretty thin. Oh well, one team's loss is another's gain.

Thanks for the heads up on Kuo. I'm pretty shocked by his signing.

I saw Tsao come out and pitch a few times in the last few years, and he pitched pretty well. Unfortunately he was usually in down in Colorado Springs with injuries. They might have kept him on if he had stayed healthy, but it's too bad since our bullpen's pretty shallow right now.
