A day after getting called up, Kuo came on in relief in the 8th inning against the Phillies. The box score had Kuo pitching a scoreless and hitless 2/3 of an inning. In reality, Kuo faced 3 batters, hitting the first one, giving up an infield hit to the second batter - scoring an inherited runner in the process, and then induced a double-play ball to the last batter.
