*Bulls top pick RHP Keng-Hao Chang, currently participating in a collegiate tourney, was found to have violated the no-agent rule - therefore prohibiting him from playing in the tourney. His team could also face some punishment for his transgressions.
*Ray Chang knows where he'll be playing in 2010. He was signed by the Red Sox to a minor league deal.
