Well, it turns out that the reports of an
"imminent" signing of Taiwanese OF Chia-Jung Lee were premature. Lee's reps (JPR) and the
Phils' international scouting supervisor Sal Agostinelli have both debunked the rumor that Lee will be a future Phillies minor leaguer.
