The LA New Bears wrapped up the first half title in the CPBL, but barely. They had to fend off a mad charge by the runner-up President Lions who had won 17 consecutive games to put them 1/2 game behind the Bears. By winning the first half crown, the Bears have guaranteed themselves a spot in the CPBL Championship game. Their opponent will be determined by whoever wins the second half crown.

Has Kevin Huang been pitching? I can't decipher the stats on the CPBL website.
Kevin actually pitched the other day and took the loss in a relief role. Link: http://www.taipeitimes.com/News/sport/archives

He has an inflated ERA of over 6.00, and obviously still hasn't fully recovered from his old injury.
