Fu-Te Ni is expected to be called up to the Tigers soon.
The lefty's stats in AAA this year with Toledo: 3-0, 2.60 ERA, 34.2 IP, 32 K's, 9 BB's.
Ni will become the 6th Taiwanese player to earn a ML roster (CFC, CH Tsao, HC Kuo, CM Wang, and CL Hu) spot and the first player from the CPBL to accomplish such a feat.
