6/10 Recap....

It looks like both Kuo and Wang will be pitching on Tuesday for their respective ball clubs: Kuo is scheduled to match up against John Maine and the NY Mets, while Wang will face fellow sinker-ball ace Brandon Webb and the Arizona Diamondbacks.

With the game tied at 1-1 heading into the bottom of the 10th inning, Wei-Chu Lin delivered a walk-off 2 run HR (his 9th of the season) to win the game for the Hanshin Tigers over the Hawks. That was Lin's only hit of the night in 5 AB's. Box

Slow day in the minors:
AA - Hu was 0-4 with a walk as the Suns lost 8-2. Box

Bears 2 - Whales 1: Gary Rath threw 7 strong innings for the Bears, allowing only 1 run on 7 hits. His opponent on the mound, Chao-Hao Tseng earned a ND despite also allowing only 1 run on 5 hits through 7 innings. Game MVP honors went to Bears ss Chih-Sheng Lin (1-4) for driving in the GW run in the 8th inning. Teammate CFC was 0-4.

Cobras 2 - Lions 0: Game MVP Jeremy Hill picked up the win for the Cobras, throwing 6.2 scoreless innings - allowing only 5 hits. Slugger Chia-Hsien Hsieh cracked HR #12 in the 6th inning, providing all the run support Hill would need.
