WC Lin was 0-4 in the Tigers 4-3 loss. Box
MLB:
Tsao made an appearance in today's Dodgers loss to the Braves. Tsao threw the 7th inning, allowing a solo HR to Andruw Jones. The Dodgers lost 5-2. Box
Kuo was placed on the 15 day DL due to irritation in his elbow.......maybe now we have an explanation for his past few poor performances.
US MINORS:
AA - Jacksonville won 5-2. Hu was 2-5 with a double and a RBI. Box
A+ - Kinston lost 10-2. CK Wu was called into action as a pitcher! Wu pitched the 9th, allowing 1 run on 1 hit and 2 walks. Box
A - Wisky won game 1 of a doubleheader 9-6. KH Lo was 2-4 with his 18th SB of the season. Box
A - Lansing won 4-3. Keng pitched 2 scoreless innings of relief, picking up his first win of the season. Box
A - Greenville lost 6-5. Chiang was 3-4 with a sac-fly RBI. Box
A SS - Tri-City lost 4-1. SA Kuo lost his first decision of the year, allowing 4 runs on 6 hits over 6 innings - he did have 7 K's. Box
R - In the GCL, the Red Sox won 5-3. CH Lin was 1-4 with a RBI and was caught stealing. Box
R - Bristol won 14-1. PY Lin picked up win #2, allowing only 1 run on 5 hits over 5 IP - he also had 6 K's. Box
CPBL:
Bears 6 - Lions 5: Tilson Brito hit HR #20 (he was 1-3 with 2 RBI's) - teammate Kuo-Ching Kao was 1-5, while opposing slugger CFC was 0-4. The Bears rallied for 4 runs in the bottom of the 9th inning to pull out the win. Game MVP went to Bears C Feng-Min Chen who was 2-4 with 2 doubles and 2 RBI's.
Elephants 3 - Bulls 2: Guan-Ren Chen was game MVP with a 3-5, 1 RBI night - he drove in the GW run in the bottom of the 10th inning. Chia-Chia was 1-3, while Bulls slugger Tarzan was 0-4.
