Chinatrust Whales lefty Yu-Chieh Shen is going to Japan to try out for the Yokohama BayStars this fall, as set up by his Japanese agent.

Lin (L) & Lee (R)In the second game of the exhibition series, the Bears beat the Giants nigun team 6-3. 17 year old Yi-Hao Lin started and threw 3 innings - he gave up 2 runs on 5 hits and was clocked at 89 mph. 15 year old Yu-Hung Lee relieved Lin in the 4th and gave up 1 run in his inning of work. Lee topped out at 85 mph.
