Kuo the Starter?

LA VP of scouting and player development Roy Smith recently commented on Kuo's status as a starter by saying,
"More than anything, we want to get Hong-Chih more innings and allow him to improve his fastball command and the development of his secondary pitches. He's progressing nicely and he'll probably be back in whatever role is most needed in the big leagues."

Cheng started for Lansing and earned a ND despite pitching 4.2 innings, giving up 1 run on 6 hits, with 4 walks and 6 K's. Box

Wu was 1-3 with a walk and a RBI for Everett. Box

Y.F. Lin pitched 2.0 innings for the Phillies, giving up 3 hits and 1 run, with 2 K's. Box

I don't know what happened to Lo, but the situation was very similar with what happened to Chen...hopefully his injury isn't too bad.
