Wang got the ND unfortunately getting absolutely NO run support at all in his 7 innings of strong 1 run ball. He only had 2 Ks today and also 3 walks( a season high) but I guessed his sinker was working awful well today as he had a groundball to flyball ratio of 16:3. I think that is the most groundouts he has had in a game this season.

Nice recap....the Yankees squandered some prime scoring opportunities.

definitely agree with you. When Captain Jeter tripled to 3rd base and they couldnt send him home......I knew the offense was in trouble. Luckily, A-Rod should be back sometime around next week. Hopefully he will be able to reinvigorate the Yankees bats who have only scored 2 or 3 runs in the past 20 something innings. Pitiful for the Yankees.. I mean, this is the Yankees we are talking about.
