5/15 Games...

CPBL:
T-Rex 1 - Bears 0: T-Rex pitcher Cory Bailey was outstanding in his start on Thursday, earning game MVP honors. CB blanked the Bears over 8 innings, allowing only 4 hits while K'ing 6 and walking 3. He improved his record to 3-0. Earning the tough loss for the Bears was starter Andrew Lorraine. AL allowed only 1 run on 7 hits over 6 IP (2K's, 1BB) as his record fell to 2-4 on the year.
T-Rex shortstop Shih-Hao Huang was 3-3, driving in the lone run of the game. Teammate 1B Wei Kao was 2-3.
DH CFC collected one of the team's 4 hits - he was 1-3. SS CS Lin was 1-4.

Bulls 5 - Whales 1: Jose Espinal won his second game of the year (2-1) after allowing 1 run on 6 hits in 6 IP (6K's, 3BB's). Taking the L for the Whales was starter Steve Watkins. SW allowed 5 runs on 7 hits in 6 IP (2K's, 3BB's) - he's now 3-4 on the year.
Backing JE's strong start was game MVP Da-Hung Cheng. He was 3-4 with a triple and 4 RBI's. As for Cheng's battery-mates: DH Tarzan was 1-4/ 2B Chia-Hao Chang was 2-3/ 1B Chung-Yi Huang was 0-4 with a RBI.
Offensively for the Whales: LF Tai-Yong Kuo was 2-5 with a double/ CF Jen-Chieh Hsu was 1-3 with a RBI/ RF Carlos Villalobos was 2-4 with a double.



NPB:
The Fighters won 6-5. CS Yang was 2-4. Box


MILB:

A - SA Kuo took his 3rd loss of the year as the defense behind him committed 4 errors. Kuo allowed 4 runs (2 earned) on 8 hits in 5.1 IP. He falls to 3-3 on the year. Box

A - Peoria lost 3-1. HW Chen took the loss (0-2) despite throwing a 1-hitter over 5 innings. He allowed 3 runs to score as his 3 BB's came back to haunt him. Chen also had 5 K's. Box

A - Greenville lost 2-1. CH Lin was 0-4. Box

A+ - Lancaster is up 3-2 in the 6th. CH Chiang is currently 2-2 with 2 doubles and a walk. Box

A+ - High Desert is up 3-1 in the 5th. KH Lo is 2-2 with his 6th SB of the year - he also has been CS twice in the game. Box

AAA - Tacoma is down 5-2 in the 7th. YC Chen is currently 0-2. Box


MLB:

The Dodgers beat the Brewers 7-2. CL Hu was 0-1. Box
