Mother's Day Cheer.....

NPB:
The Fighters won 4-3. CS Yang was 0-3. Box


CPBL:
Bulls 5 - T-Rex 3: Wen-Ping Yu improved his record to 4-1 with a game-MVP outing against the T-Rex. Yu allowed 2 runs on 6 hits in 7 IP to go along with 9 K's (and no walks).
Taking the loss for the T-Rex was Hsien-Chih Chang. He allowed only 1 earned run (5 total runs) on 6 hits in 5 IP (3K's, 1BB) to fall to 1-3.
Backing Yu's strong start were: DH Tarzan who was 2-5 with a double and a RBI/ CF Hua-Wei Tseng who was 2-4 with a RBI/ C Chun-Chang Yeh who was 1-4 with a RBI/ and 2B Chia-Hao Chang who was 3-4 with 2 RBI's.
Offensively for the T-Rex: DH Chuan-Chia Wang was 3-4 with a triple/ 1B Wei Kao was 1-3 with 2 RBI's/ C Ko-Fan Chen was 1-3 with a double and a RBI.

Bears 8 - Lions 5: Bears starter Mike Johnson picked up win #6 (he's undefeated so far) after allowing only 3 runs on 8 hits in 7 IP (2K's, 1BB). Greg Wiltshire earned a ND for the Lions (5IP, 7H, 3ER, 2K's, 3BB's).
Giving MJ plenty of run support were: 3B Chih-Wei Shih who was 2-5 with a triple and a RBI/ 1B Gary Burnham was 1-4 with a RBI/ DH CFC was 1-3/ SS Chih-Sheng Lin was 1-4 with a double/ LF Hao-Chu Tseng hit his 1st HR of the year and was 1-2 with a RBI/ 2B Chin-De Yu was 3-3 with a double and a RBI/ C Feng-Min Chen was 0-4 with a RBI/ RF Chien-Wei Tsai was 2-2 with a triple and 2 RBI's.
At the plate for the Lions: LF Kan-Lin Huang was 3-5/ RF Tai-Chi Kuo hit HR #4 and was 2-4 with 2 RBI's/ 1B KC Kao was 2-4 with a RBI/ 3B Tilson Brito was 1-4 with 2 RBI's/ DH Lien-Hung Chen was 1-4.


MILB:
AAA - Tacoma won 4-1 in game 1 of a doubleheader. YC Chen was 0-4. Box
In game 2, YC Chen was 0-3 as Tacoma won 3-2. Box

A+ - High Desert won 10-7. KH Lo was 2-5 with 2 doubles and 2 RBI's, while committing his 2nd error of the season. Box

A+ - Lancaster lost 5-0. CH Chiang was 0-4 with error #11. Box


MLB:
The Dodgers lost to the Astros 8-5. CL Hu was 0-3 with a walk and a RBI. HC Kuo pitched the last 1.2 innings, allowing 1 run on 3 hits. Box

With today's game being rained out, CMW's start against the D-Rays has been moved back to Tuesday.
