Card of the Month - Sung-Wei Tseng 2006 JP

This is a sweet looking auto of Cleveland Indians farmhand Sung-Wei Tseng. Overpriced on Ebay, the card is being sold directly by the card manufacturer - Just Minors. The first authenticated autos of Chi-Hung Cheng and Yung-Chi Chen are also listed, but won't be available until mid-January.

that is pretty sweet! He pitched pretty good at the Asian games earlier - how long do you think it'll be before he makes it up to the majors

Card company doesn't have the license from MLB.

Also, saw it on the taiwanese ball players forum that the mariners are trying to deal YC Chen, anyone heard anything about it?

When is the National Team logo part of the MLB?

They might as well airbrush out the uniform and make it complete white.

Anony,
Of all the kids that were signed to play in the US last year, Tseng is the most accomplished player. With that said, the Indians will put Tseng on the fast track and perhaps have him start the season in Kinston (Hi A ball). How he does there will determine his ETA to the Majors.
