In the tourney (Taiwan Cup), Chen is hitting 7 for 11 (a .636 BA) with 2 triples and 7 RBI. According to the Liberty Times, he has been contacted by the Phillies, Cubs, Tigers, Mariners, Twins. He is considered to be the fastest HS player in Taiwan (per Liberty Times - he's been clocked at 3.53 seconds from home to first??!! - a better time than former Nan-Ying speedster Che-Hsuan Lin).
