CL ChangUDN has a nice writeup on all of the talent residing in the Chang family. Chin-De Chang, a top 16 year old hitting prospect from Taiwan, is the eldest of the brothers. Originally selected to to the '09 Youth NT, he will not be playing in the upcoming World Youth Championships due to an undisclosed injury. His younger brother, C Chin-Lung Chang - 15, will be playing for the '09 Youth NT.
Another brother, Yu-Cheng Chang, will be representing the country in the Pony League World Series (13 and 14 year olds).
