Twist of Fate....

Taiwan lost to Japan today in the Pony League Asian Championship game 6-5. The score and outcome was a reversal of the opening game on Wed. night between the same two teams.
Japan will go on to Washington, PA to represent the Far East.

I wish Little League would have given the Taiwanese kids the same opportunity to play in a championship game!!!

In other Japanese news, Wei-Chu Lin was 0-1 in Hanshin's 11-7 win over the Carp. Box

well, thats ironic and pretty unlucky but good luck to Japan since they won fair and square. It bothers me that out little league team didnt get this same chance to play Japan in the championship. If they had, I really believe that another team would be representing the Asia region right now.

I hold no resentment towards Japan, just towards the Little League Organization.
