3 steals for Lin today? Is that the most he has had in a game this season? I think he got 3 in a game once before during this season. I noticed he is really good at getting walks. Whats the record for most steals in a season for a Taiwanese player. Will Lin break it? Glad to see CH Chiang is hitting well. Wonder why he wasnt invited to the futures game? He is hitting better than Lin. Not sure about his Defensive play and the rest.

Anyway, I havent seen the Little League roster posted up yet on the HKLL site so I'll keep checking. I do believe the team is from Taipei like you said earlier. Whats up with the Chinese Taipei (Taiwan) and Taipei City teams competing in the Bronco division? Thats 2 teams from Taiwan right? Aren't we sending teams to the Pony and Palomino divisions this year terror?

I believe the first game our boys will play is against China at 2:30 in the morning tomorrow on July 19. Is there any way to catch the game on TV? I doubt its on in the US but I saw on the poster an ESPN symbol. Maybe it will air on ESPN in Hong Kong/Asia? Anyway to confirm that? I might stay up and check out the game and tell you about it. I think we will be set if we can beat HK and Korea. HK fielded a pretty strong team last year for some reason. I dont think China should pose any threat. Hope our boys play well and make it to the LLWS. They better not be on a diet of nothing but instant noodles like last year. Our boys deserve better

KH Lo holds the record at 32, set last year. CFC had 31 in 1999.

And yes there are two entries from Taiwan in the Asia-Pacific Zone (Bronco Baseball).

The other 2 divisions that the country competes in are as you noted: Pony and Palomino.

Thanks for the info. Maybe Lin cat set a new record for steals this year. You know if the Asia-pacific qualifiers are gonna air on TV? This poster had ESPN as the broadcaster.
